Wednesday 10th November saw Surrey Harmony gals ‘wearing it pink’ in aid of the Breast Cancer Campaign. In their usual style, the ladies donned pink outfits from the sublime to the, frankly, ridiculous in an effort to raise some cash and a lot of laughs!
A very interesting evening rehearsal ensued with much hilarity greeting late-comers over the evening – wearing pink spotty knickers over your trousers is not the best look when you turn up late and have everyone’s full attention!
On a more serious note, breast cancer has touched the lives of a number of chorus members and this was an opportunity to put our collective ‘girl power’ to good use!
