Has Jenny been cracking the whip again? Does she want more hard work from us? Even our Choreographer Karen has bowed her head in despair. Where are our 100-watt smiles? Never mind be reassured they will return in Birmingham brighter than ever as we pledge to put on the performance of a lifetime in the bid for a sixth gold medal.
